Samsung, Smartify help RE/MAX transform office, elevate brand

A technology partnership involving Samsung, Smartify and real estate agency RE/MAX has transformed the real estate agency's office space and elevated its brand with the deployment of Samsung's dual-sided OMN-D Series digital displays.

The transformation is driving capture of passerby traffic, streamlining communication and generating ancillary revenue, according to a press release.

RE/MAX Metro's goal was to bolster the agency's presence in its local community. Previous static and single-sided displays failed to meet expectations, limiting engagement and flexibility.

"Our displays didn't align with our vision for creating a dynamic, professional storefront," Marcus Martin, president of Brokerage Services at RE/MAX Metro, said in the release. "It was time to upgrade to premium, high-grade technology."

Smartify provided two 55-inch high-brightness dual-sided Samsung displays, offering the flexibility to show customized content on both sides — one facing pedestrians outside and the other serving internal communications.

Samsung's OMN-D Series displays are designed to run 24/7 without overheating.

"For RE/MAX Metro, this means captivating potential buyers with high-impact visuals — featuring luxury properties, top agents and local advertising — while keeping staff and clients informed to seamlessly drive both engagement and business growth."

The displays attract foot traffic with property listings, QR codes and agency highlights, while fostering team culture with internal updates. By hosting national and local advertising, RE/MAX Metro earns ancillary revenue for the real estate office, also convertible into ad credits on Smartify's DOOH network.
