Samsung Electronics America deployed its latest display solutions at The Governors Ball Music Festival, held in early June at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York.
"Live events are no longer just about what happens on stage — they're about the entire journey," Jonathan del Rosario, Samsung Electronics America, said in a press release. "Our display innovations help event venues and festival organizers create more personalized and visually compelling experiences that connect fans to the moment in entirely new ways, from concession stands to premium lounges."
At the center of the activation was a curated luxury experience inside the Empire Lounge Speakeasy, where hosted attendees explored merchandise and food and beverage options from 32-inch and 13-inch Color E-Paper displays, viewed festival merchandise in glasses-free 3D from the 85-inch Spatial Signage.
"Festivals like Governors Ball are a celebration of music and connection, and the right technology helps make shared moments truly unforgettable," Alex Joffe, head of partnerships, Governors Ball, said in the release. "By incorporating Samsung's cutting-edge displays into our new Empire Lounge Speakeasy, we made every interaction more dynamic and immersive for guests, delivering an ultra-premium experience at every stage of their festival journey."
