Samsung Electronics America, Inc. has debuted expanded displays and mobile ecosystems including Spatial Signage, a display technology that generates immersive realism via 3D effects.
"In 2026, successful retailers will need to focus beyond price to stay prominent among consumers," David Phelps, head of display, Samsung Electronics America, said in a press release. "According to Deloitte's 2026 Retail Industry Global Outlook, 40% of perceived brand value stems from non-financial factors.1 We're helping store owners rethink how they attract, engage and convert shoppers into customers through convenient content management tools and stunning visual displays that captivate from entrance to checkout."
Following the launch of its 32-inch Color E-Paper (EMDX) at NRF in 2024, Samsung's now has a new size option, 13 inch, delivering the same ultra-low power consumption, high visibility and lightweight design as its predecessor.
Another new tech is the Samsung Galaxy XR headset featuring seamless Android app compatibility, enabling retailers to deliver customized, immersive training opportunities for their employees that are tailored to specific environments and use cases.
The partnerships include Behavioral Labs, Havrion and Creative Technologies.
