Reflect, Creative Realities lock down $10M retail project

Digital signage companies Creative Realities and Reflect Systems have secured a large-scale digital signage retail project worth more than $10 million, according to a company press release.

The project comes after CRI and Reflect announced in November plans to merge, operating under CRI's name and Rick Mills' leadership, CRI CEO. Terms of the project were not disclosed.

"This win is a validation of what we've been saying since Reflect and CRI first began discussing a merger: we believe our combined offerings are stronger than anything else in the industry," Mills said in the release. "Winning a project of this value and prominence sends a powerful message to both existing and potential new customers — we have something new and exciting that they will want to consider."

The partnership plans to work on several digital signage applications including brand building, audience engagement, customer support, employee communications, digital-out-of-home advertising, and menu boards.

"We're thrilled to be collaborating regularly with CRI on these large-scale projects and look forward to going to market as a combined team delivering our customers exceptional value," Lee Summers, Reflect CEO, said in the release. "To have such a huge project kick off our journey together is both encouraging and exciting as we look ahead to the new opportunities and possibilities."

The merger is scheduled to close in February.

CRI designs, develops and deploys consumer experiences for enterprise-level networks, and provides software-as-a-service across vertical markets, including automotive, advertising networks, apparel and accessories, convenience stores, foodservice/QSR, gaming, theater, and stadium venues. It has operations across North America with active installations in more than 10 countries.

Reflect provides digital signage platforms and solutions to companies. Reflect helps with strategy, creative services, robust content management and ad trafficking systems, and media sales, using the ReflectView and AdLogic software platforms.
