July 17, 2005
SARASOTA, Fla.: Real Digital Media (RDM), a leading provider of next generation digital signage products for establishing point of purchase marketing, promotions and corporate communication networks, and Rogers Video, the largest Canadian-owned specialty video retailer, announced in a July 12 news release the initiation of a digital signage network project to deliver targeted, rich media at the point-of-purchase across the Rogers Video chain.
Powered by RDM's NEOCAST platform, Rogers Video will utilize a centrally managed digital signage network to deliver relevant, targeted information, promotions and advertising to their customers. In addition, employees will receive the latest in corporate communications via the network.
Using the digital signage network, Rogers Video will deliver the latest movie trailers, video games and music selections to hit the shelves. In addition, the digital signage network will allow the store chain to promote and advertise other store offerings, such as refreshments.
