Rapport and Vistar Media have partnered with UniLED to roll out independent verification across all U.S. digital out-of-home advertising campaigns.
Vistar Media provides technology for OOH media and is part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions. Rapport is a specialist OOH agency and the OOH arm of IPG Mediabrands. UniLED provides ad delivery and ad verification services for the DOOH market.
The goal is to set a new benchmark for transparency so advertisers can assess the value of every impression, according to a press release.
Through the third-party validation of delivery, play and impressions, UniLED's UniLIVE platform will provide Rapport and Vistar Media with deeper clarity on the true performance of campaigns.

UniLIVE delivers performance clarity including granular insights by vendor, environment and time of day, enabling in-flight optimization. Media planners receive in-flight reports, allowing them to identify anomalies and adjust during the campaign window.
The platform also benchmarks demand-side platform impression multipliers against independent industry standards. This allows both Rapport and Vistar Media to validate the accuracy of reported data, recalibrate planning models and ensure maximum efficiency for every ad dollar spent.
