PPDS, the global distribution arm for Philips Professional Display Solutions, has teamed with software firm Telelogos to develop content and device management solutions for its growing Tableaux line of colorized ePaper products, according to a press release.
Tableaux displays can display colorized information without a power source and are designed with an aim to elevate eco-friendly solutions in the space, leveraging Android SoC technology. In the partnership, Telelogos is set to provide software solutions for content and app management along with security and remote control.
"Our longstanding partnership with Telelogos made this latest collaboration incredibly easy and Our Philips Tableaux range has made an immediate impact with our customers, delivering on the energy savings and sustainable business opportunities they need," Tim de Ruiter, director for global business development and partnerships at PPDS, said in the release. "We have been delighted to collaborate with Telelogos to bring this solution into the mix just a couple of months after our Tableaux launch."
