Pilot mistakes digital sign for a fire

(San Francisco) KCBS-TV : A controversial new billboard near the Bay Bridge Toll Plaza in San Francisco may be the first of many placements, now that the General Assembly has approved a bill that allows billboards to convert to digital.Complaints about the sign have already poured in, including one from a pilot who radioed authorities because she assumed the sign was a fire.
