Peerless-AV unveils occupancy control, temperature sensing solutions

Peerless-AV, an AV solutions provider, has launched an Occupancy Control Kiosk, Temperature Sensing Digital Signage Kiosks and Temperature Sensor Tabletop and Floor Stand Mounts. The Occupancy Control Kiosk comes with a display, Navori Labs QL 2.2 Digital Signage Software, media player and web camera. It regulates foot traffic, detects if a customer is wearing a mask and displays dynamic digital signage content.

The Temperature Sensing Digital Kiosk comes in three models:

• A 22-inch display, a non-touch thermal sensing TempDefend Protection Basic Software from 22Miles.
• A 21.5-inch Mimo Monitors Display and digital signage software from Revel Digital to detect temperature within 3-feet.
• A 32-inch display with personal protection dispensers for antibacterial foam dispenser, disposable gloves and facial tissues, along with a thermal sensing TempDefend Protection Basic Software from 22Miles.

"We took the time to research what type of solutions were needed to keep both employees and customers safe and satisfied," Brian McClimans, VP sales, Peerless-AV, said in the release. "We looked into a variety of different studies, surveyed consumers and had detailed discussions with our current customers to develop these products, and we firmly believe these solutions will become a part of prevention protocols all industries are implementing as the country begins to reopen."

Peerless-AV built its Temperature Sensor Stand Mounts for tabletop or floor applications and can support an 8-inch temperature sensor tablet, which is not included.
