Peerless-AV intros new line of Portrait Kiosk Enclosures

From wayfinding to entertainment to self-service solutions, the new line of digital signage kiosks house 40- to 80-inch displays in portrait orientation.

Peerless-AV, the provider of audio and video solutions and accessories, announced the availability of its new line of Portrait Kiosk Enclosures.

The line incorporates a robust feature set while maintaining a "modern, curvaceous and slim aesthetic look," with lean frames and a small footprint, according to the announcement. From wayfinding to entertainment to self-service solutions, the new line of portrait kiosks house 40- to 80-inch displays in portrait orientation.

"In designing our new line of Portrait Kiosk Enclosures, we focused heavily on creating stylish kiosks that incorporate the curved aesthetic that consumers have grown accustomed to with their personal electronics," said Brian McClimans, vice president, global business development, Peerless-AV. "In addition, with a lightweight, aluminum frame design, our Portrait Kiosk Enclosures are unparalleled to anything else in the kiosk space today." 

To meet the needs of digital signage applications, the enclosures offer customization through RAL colors or client logos with vinyl or digital printing. The enclosures also feature stereo speakers and amplifiers, Wi-Fi, NFC and proximity sensors, as well as ambient lighting and tempered glass or Lexan surfaces with anti-glare treatment.

Dependent on the needs of the user, photo and video equipment can be incorporated to allow for interactivity. The kiosk enclosures also are available in multiple configurations, such as using two displays, one on each side.

The kiosk enclosures can be customized through Peerless-AV's KioskBuilder and Kiosk Partner Program, allowing integrators to streamline the installation process by eliminating the need to source components from multiple vendors.

Peerless-AV's line of Portrait Kiosk Enclosures is currently available through Peerless-AV direct sales representatives and authorized distribution network.
