Panasonic Connect has reached a strategic capital partnership with ORIX Corporation related to Panasonic's projector business and related operations, according to a press release.

The two companies intend to create a new company in April 2025 to operate and grow the projector business operations, based on the Panasonic Media Entertainment Business Division (MEBD).

ORIX will hold 80% of the shares of the new company, and Panasonic Connect will hold 20% of the shares.
