Optoma unveils HD laser projector for ProAV

Optoma recently unveiled its ZH420UST 1080p HD laser projector for the ProAV market. This ultra short throw project comes with built-in edge blending and warping adjustments, according to a press release.

Optomba built the projector to provide 4,000 ANSI lumens, 100,000:1 contrast ratio and 0.25:1 throw ratio. It can deliver 100-inch images from 13 inches away. Other features include:

• 20,000 hour life cycle
• HDBaseT and two HDMI inputs
• Powered by a laser phosphor light engine
• Estimated price of $2,799
