Optoma selects Stampede Europe as distributor of its projectors

Optoma, a manufacturer of projectors, has selected Stampede Europe to distribute its Digital Light Processing projectors in the UK. Stampede will distribute the ML750ST LED projector, the X345 and X355 ranges of projectors and more, according to a press release.

"Given our close relationship and successful track record, it's a very natural progression to expand the partnership to our UK headquarters," Mark Wilkins, CEO of Stampede, said in the release. "Optoma produces the widest range of business projectors on the market today. The addition of the brand’s high quality product to our portfolio significantly enhances our offerings. We are confident that UK-based integrators and resellers will be just as excited about this partnership as we are."

Stampede recently expanded into Western Europe by establishing a headquarters in the UK.

"Our goal is to create a single source for the highest quality ProAV and IT solutions in the UK, as we have done in the United States," Wilkins said. "This new partnership brings us one step closer to that reality by enhancing our portfolio with Optoma’s range of DLP business projectors."
