Optoma rolls out 4K UHD projector

Optoma Technology has launched its ProScene ZK507 4K HD laser projector featuring 5,000 lumens of brightness. The device can deliver 4K resolution with 8.3 million pixels along with HDR10 and HLG color compatibility, according to a press release.

The 22-pound projector comes with vertical lens shift, 1.6x optical zoom and a contrast ratio of 300,000:1. Other features include:

  • Throw ratio of 1.39:2.22.
  • DuraCore Laser light source.
  • 12V trigger.
  • Two 5W stereo speakers.
  • HDMI 2.0, HDMI 1.4, two USB-A, RS232, LAN and VGA.

"The Optoma ZK507 is a standout addition to our line of market-leading 4K UHD laser projectors, providing high brightness, incredible color and strong reliability in a compact design,"  Brian Soto, head of product management at Optoma, said in the release. "Incredible image quality, high brightness and built-in installation features are a staple of Optoma ProScene projectors, giving our customers and partners the confidence that our products will provide quality, long lasting performance."

The ZK507 is available now starting at $3,999.
