OptConnect launches 5G router

OptConnect, a wireless connectivity solutions provider, has launched mylo, a 5G router on the Cat M1 network. The mylo can connect to AT&T and Verizon networks and can switch between them for the best connection, according to a press release.

This router features magnets hidden in its base so it can attach to any metal surface for an easier installation, according to the release.

Mylo is perfect for applications that require cellular connectivity for critical financial and environmental transmissions. mylo operates on the 5G network, enabling many benefits never seen before, like unparalleled distance, penetration, and coverage," Steve Garret, chief product officer, OptConnect, said in the release. When data is critical, and tenacious connectivity is required, mylo is the way to go."
