OptConnect CEO joins ATMIA board

The ATM Industry Association, a non profit trade association, has appointed Chris Baird, president and CEO, OptConnect as co-chair of the U.S. Regional Board, according to a press release.

OptConnect provides IoT solutions for digital signage, kiosks and ATMs. It also provides wireless connectivity for ATMs. Baird will serve for two years and will work on industry issues.

"I am excited to serve with ATMIA for the next two years as co-chair alongside Donna Embry," Baird said in the release. "I realize that I have some very large shoes to fill from past volunteers and industry giants and am hopeful that I can live up to their expectations."
