OOH Capital nets contracts with 3 international partners

OOH Capital, an out-of-home advisory company and consultancy, has extended its global reach with three new partners covering Asia, the U.S. and Benelux, according to a company press release.

The partners are Jim Liu, formerly the Zenith Media head of OOH in China and later instrumental in setting up Group M's Kinetic China; Sheldon Silverman, founder of Liquid Marketing and CEO of the SmartBomb Media Group in the U.S., and Fred Kuhlman, a founding partner of Nationaal Adviesbureau Buitenreclame in the Netherlands.

OOH Capital advises OOH businesses, cities, real estate owners and technology suppliers on how to use OOH advertising. OOH Capital also provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, OOH digitization strategy and implementation for governments, local authorities, and cities.

Since its launch in March 2021, the consultancy has advised financial institutions considering investing in OOH, in the U.S., a major European city on how to restructure its commercial relationships with OOH media owners, and recently acquired its first assignment from an Asia-based client, with international ambitions.
