Nielsen tackles out-of-home metrics

Ad Age: Nielsen moved closer to counting everyone watching out-of-home media by unveiling its first daily all-electronic national ratings for that sector. Nielsen said the service would be available to clients as a stand-alone offering, and it intends to deliver local out-of-home measurement inChicago,Denver,Houston,Los Angeles,MiamiandNew York.
