Neuosys Technology intros rugged digital signage system

Neuosys Technology has introduced its Nuvo-2700DS rugged digital signage system. Powered by AMD Rzyzen Embedded V1605B, this device can output to four 4K displays and play back 4K H.265 videos at 60 frames-per-second, according to a press release.

The system can handle temperatures ranging from -13-to-158-degrees Fahrenheit and offers full bandwidth support for Wi-Fi 6, 4G, LTE and 5G networks.

It also comes with two Google Edge TPUs to act as an AI edge computer. With this AI capability, it can provide anonymous analytics such as number of exposures, views, interaction rate and demographics.

Other features include:

• Two USB 3.1 and two USB 2.0.
• Optional DIO for general control purposes.
• Supports mini-DIN for 12V DC or a terminal block for 8-to-35V DC input.
