Nanolumens to ship 112-inch flexible display in 2010
December 22, 2009
Nanolumens, a Norcross, Ga.-based startup, has developed a 112-inch digital display that's thinner than a candy bar and sips as much power as a coffeemaker, says the Atlanta Business Chronicle. NanoLumens bills its 80-pound display as the world's largest flexible display. The screens, which cost about $75,000, can be wrapped around columns and curved walls, and mounted on any surface. NanoLumens hopes to begin shipping the display by the first quarter of 2010.
