Moviik intros queuing solution

Moviik, a technology startup, has introduced its Contact-Free Queuing App Platform, which enables businesses to manage crowds and enforce social distancing. The app integrates with mobile and displays to deliver virtual tickets to customers informing them of their place in line, according to a press release.

Customers can send a text, go online or scan a QR code to get a ticket or speak to someone out front to receive one. Then the ticket number currently being served will be displayed on a screen outside or via mobile update, according to the release.

"In a time of great anxiety and uncertainty, the Contact-Free system allows people to wait in peace, safeguarding their health. The truth is that this is a new experience and in a pandemic context," Daniel Sousa, CEO, Moviik, said in the release. "We are evolving the solution with a big focus on the experiences described by customers and the constant challenges posed by this reality. Moviik is a disruptive and agile company, and we will present more solutions soon."
