Matrox's graphics card honored at award show

Matrox Graphics Inc. has announced its C900 nine-output graphics card won an award for digital signage at the Inavation Awards. Participants at the awards show, which took place at ISE 2017, voted for the most innovative products in 14 categories, according to a press release.

Voters selected the C900 card in the digital signage category. The chip is designed to help businesses create 3 x 3 videowalls.

"To be placed in a category with so many qualified products is an honor, but to be selected as winner by Inavate's readers speaks volumes about the ingenuity of both the C900 and the Matrox development team behind this product,"  Caroline Injoyan, business development manager, Matrox Graphics, said in the release. "We set out to provide a simple solution for building 3 x 3 videowalls, and we created a product that not only offers just that, but does it elegantly in a single card."
