The city of Worcester, Massachusetts has teamed with Gobis and Co. to launch a pilot program to install up to 10 interactive digital kiosks throughout the city as part of an out-of-home advertising and informational program that includes billboards, signage, banners and other initiatives, according to a Masslive.com report.

The kiosks will offer wayfinding, internet access, advertising and commercial messaging, city and state information, payment collection for city services and emergency alerts.

An out-of-home advertising advisory committee will work with city council to coordinate public input to identify appropriate kiosk locations throughout the city.
