SMITHBURG, Md. — Noventri, a digital signage solutions provider, recently installed digital meeting room signs at the Marriott Inner Harbor located in Baltimore, Maryland at Camden Yards. The hotel required a more efficient way to inform guests about scheduled meetings in both the lobby and at individual meeting rooms.
"It was our intent to give our guests easy access to meeting schedules in the lobby of the hotel," said Danny Alsamadi, director of event management at the hotel. "Also we wanted to replace static printed signs at each meeting room with renewable digital signs. Each of our 21 meeting rooms now has digital signs that update dynamically with meeting times and agendas."
The installation is using SF-100 solid-state digital signage players, a recently released product developed by Noventri. The SF-100 is a powerful unit that offers digital signage content in a very small footprint. Noventri connected the SF-100 players seamlessly with Marriott's Delphi Hotel Management software to automatically update information on the displays throughout the hotel. Besides hardware, screens and software, Noventri also provided installation, integration and content creation for the project.
