Magenta Research debuts new HDMI extender

Signal distribution and switching companyMagenta Researchhas announced the debut of a new extension product in the Infinea HD-One Series.
The HD-One LX is an HDMI extension product that uses a single Cat5/6 cable and now sends 1080p up to 328ft/100m, the company says. HD-One LX is fully HDCP-compliant and capable of extending uncompressed 1080p video, audio, IR and bi-directional RS 232 to 328ft/100m, allowing commands and data to flow in both directions, according to the announcement.
