LSI Industries selects new VP for lighting products

LSI Industries, a provider of outdoor and indoor lighting and graphics, has selected Michael Prachar to serve as VP for lighting products, according to a press release. Prior to joining LSI, Prachar served as senior director of offering management for Honeywell, an engineering and aerospace company.

As VP of lighting products, Prachard will help develop new products and create customized solutions.

"As LSI is continuously focused on new product innovation and development, we needed a strong strategist, an experienced performer and leader to boost our capabilities and to respond quickly to product and application trends.  So, we are thrilled to have a person of Mike Prachar's talents on our team to accelerate this process," Scott Coleman, chief marketing officer, LSI, said in the release. "Beyond Mike's new product introduction skills, he has demonstrated an ability to apply his expertise simultaneously to numerous, unique applications, so he is a perfect fit for LSI Industries, which has several offerings and serves multiple channels and vertical markets."
