CHICAGO — LG Electronics today introduced a new digital signage technology designed to streamline system design and control.
At the 2007 Digital Signage Expo (Booth #217), LG Electronics is demonstrating its new IP (Internet Protocol) Solution technology, which enables deployers to deliver video content to multiple locations with centralized video content and display control capability.
LG's new M4210 series of flat-panel HDTV LCDs — M4210C-BA and M4210N-BA — utilizes the company's IP Solution for integrated networking designed specifically for LG displays.
IP Solution is capable of delivering video content to multiple locations with centralized video content and display control capability. The widescreen M4210 series is capable of portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation.
The M4210 line sports a narrow 29mm bezel and features LG's exclusive Super IPS LCD technology for wide viewing angles and is ideal for situations where screens are positioned at different angles. The units also incorporate the company's proprietary XD Engine technology, taking low-resolution analog signals to near high-definition levels, improving brightness, contrast, and detail and enhancing color as well as reducing signal noise.
