LG opens tech hub Los Angeles Business Innovation Center

LG Business Solutions USA has opened the Los Angeles Business Innovation Center, a technology and education hub focusing on commercial displays and devices for medical environments, led by LG's diagnostic and clinical review monitors, digital X-ray detectors and smart hospital TVs, according to a company press release.

With 12 zones dedicated to various spaces common throughout hospitals, doctors' offices and other medical settings, the center offers medical device purchasers and healthcare providers experience with displays and devices designed for healthcare environments, as well as future product concepts.

"Our new Business Innovation Center demonstrates LG's commitment to helping healthcare providers deliver enhanced service through the use of digital displays for diagnostics, telemedicine, X-ray detection, conferencing, messaging and back office needs," Nicolas Min, senior vice president and head of LG Business Solutions USA, said in the release.

The Los Angeles Business Innovation Center is LG's third in the U.S., following centers in Atlanta and Chicago. They serve as technology hubs and product showcases to connect engineers, contractors, integrators and executives to LG's technology.

"Business Innovation Centers are a key part of our commitment to provide customers with a unique way to interact with our solutions before making their purchasing decisions," Min said in the release.
