LG Business Solutions has released a line of laptops designed to help businesses equip employees for the work-from-anywhere, BYOD business culture, according to a company press release.
The "LG gram for business" models feature lightweight, thin designs with long battery life, storage, and LG IPS displays for the home office, cafe, boardroom or wherever employees need it.
The laptops are available in seven configurations with 14, 15.6, 16 and 17-inch sizes plus two 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop/tablets in 14 and 16-inch sizes. All nine configurations feature 11th Gen Intel processors and Intel Iris XE graphics.
"Now more than ever, businesses need agile, flexible computing solutions to help their employees maximize productivity and enable virtually any space to become an effective office," Stephen K. Hu, senior director, LG Business Solutions USA, said in the release. "Super thin and light, LG gram laptops deliver easy portability, and their all-day battery life and excellent color reproduction support critical tasks."
The 17-inch and 16-inch models both offer a WQXGA IPS display, along with 16GB of RAM, thin bezels and a 16:10 aspect ratio that increases vertical screen size compared to a 16:9 ratio, for applications including design and editing software.
The laptops also include redesigned backlit keys that are wider and higher than previous versions, and a numeric keypad on the right side of the keyboard. Both sizes feature an 11th generation Intel i7 2.8 GHz processor and 65-watt PD power supply. The 17- and 16-inch grams offer up to 19.5 hours and 22 hours of battery life, respectively.
They each include a stylish hidden hinge, hardware TPM security functionality and a fingerprint power button that allows users to start up and log in with a touch. Connections include a 3.5mm headphone out, two USB 3.2 ports, an HDMI port and two USB-C/Thunderbolt 4 ports with power delivery.
LG Business Solutions offers commercial display products designed for a variety of vertical markets. The company is headquartered in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
