Leyard to provide LED video walls for 2018 Olympic Winter Games

NBC Olympics has selected Leyard to offer fine pitch LED video walls for the XXIII Olympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea, from Feb. 9 to 25, according to a press release.
Leyard will deploy its TW Series family of LED video walls, which measure 27-inches diagonally. The family contains both convex- curved displays and traditional video walls, according to the release.
"We're incredibly excited about the Leyard technology we will be using for our coverage of the Pyeongchang Games," Michael Sheehan, coordinating director, NBC Olympics, said in the release. "As was the case with NBC Olympics’ coverage of the Rio Games, Leyard displays will help us take our world-class scenic design to a higher level both visually and artistically."
