Leyard and Planar select Adam Schmidt as EVP of sales and marketing

Leyard and Planar, a Leyard Company, has promoted Adam Schmidt to serve as executive vice president of sales and marketing. He previously served as vice president of sales for North America and he has more than 16 years of experience in sales and marketing, according to a press release.

"We've had great success in the joining of Leyard and Planar and we have an opportunity to further benefit our employees, customers and partners," Zach Zhang, co-founder and chairman of Leyard International, said in the release. "With his proven success leading the sales organization through the acquisition integration process, and his experience in marketing, I know Adam is the right talent to provide this leadership."
