Leyard and Planar complete acquisition of eyevis

Leyard and Planar have officially acquired eyevis, a German manufacturer of large displays. Eyevis also includes the company Teracue, a video streaming over IP provider, according to a press release.

Leyard and Planar plan to use this acquisition to better serve customers in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region with marketing, sales, customer service and installation support. Eyevis provides a variety of products such as displays, graphics controllers, software and accessories for control rooms, VR and broadcast.
