Lantronix gains Wi-Fi certification for IoT products

Lantronix Inc., a provider of internet-of-things and edge computing solutions, has received the Wi-Fi certification from the Wi-Fi Alliance for several of its IoT products. The certification is for products that provide interoperability, security and a range of application-specific protocols, according to a press release.

Lantronix gained the certification for the following products:

  • xPico Series Embedded Wi-Fi IoT Gateways, which offer Ethernet, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • PremierWave 2050 Enterprise Wi-Fi Module, which provides always-on 5GHz Wi-Fi connectivity along with software stack, enterprise class security and modular RF certification.
  • SGX 5150 IoT Device Gateway, which connects assets and data to an enterprise network.
