Kramer Electronics intros HDBaseT wall-plate transmitter

Kramer Electronics has introduced its WP-789T HDBaseT wall-plate transmitter, which offers 4K at 60 Hertz via HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 signals. It can extend 4K 4:2:0 video resolution signals for up to 130 feet over Kramer copper cables, according to a press release.

The wall-plate is powered via power over Ethernet and features a power and connectivity-status LED indicator. It can also distribute up to 32 channels of uncompressed digital stereo audio signals.
