Kramer AV has acquired Ashton Bentley, a United Kingdom-based collaboration spaces provider, according to a press release.
The acquisition is part of a larger strategy by Kramer to expand in the realm of Unified Communication and Collaboration (also known as UCC) and provide out-of-the-box meeting room solutions.
"We are thrilled to welcome the Ashton Bentley team to the Kramer family," Gilad Yron, CEO at Kramer, said in the release.
