Korbyt, a digital signage and workplace communications solutions provider, has acquired NFS Technologies, a provider of meeting room booking and space management software solutions and services, according to a press release.

The acquisition was accomplished in partnership with Clearhaven Partners; terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
