KioWare adds Storm ATP support to kiosk software

KioWare has released Version 3.16 of KioWare for Android to lock down devices into kiosk mode for use as self-service kiosks, digital signage or mobile device management deployments. This update now supports Storm's ATP devices such as the Nav-Pad, Nav-Bar and AudoiNav, according to a press release.

Storm's devices are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act to allow users with impaired vision or fine motor skills to navigate touchscreens or displays, according to a press release. The Nav-Pad, Nav-Bar and AudioNav offer a tactile/audio interface for users.

Other features in the update include:

• Improved provisioning for Android devices via USB storage device
• Secure file browser
• Ability to use different exit passcodes for different exit actions
• Reboot schedule management

Current users of KioWare for Android can update with current support. Potential users can also try KioWare for Android as a free trial.
