Jolt debuts data platform to measure roadside OOH advertising

Jolt has launched a platform, called Spark Intelligence, that provides out-of-home advertisers transparency and accountability and measurability when it comes to roadside OOH.

Spark Intelligence applies advanced audience analytics to enable impression-based planning and trading, according to a press release. This provides advertisers with access to the same precision and flexibility they expect from digital channels, allowing them to target more accurately and optimize campaigns in near real time.
