ISU Hulman Center greets basketball season with digital signage remodel

Indiana State University has completed a digital signage remodeling project at Hulman Center, the home of the ISU Sycamores, with 21 Daktronics LED signs, according to a press release.

The basketball arena and entertainment venue now includes 2200 square feet of LED displays, including ribbon displays and scorer's table installations, with a six-display centerhung as the focal point, whose four main displays offer variable content zoning at 3.9 millimeter pixel spacing.

Creative content will be provided by Daktronics Creative Services, and the system is controlled via the Daktronics Show Control CMS software.

"We are pleased that the generous gift from the Hulman family has come full circle as Daktronics puts the final touches on our state-of-the-art scoreboard," Sherard Clinkscales, athletic director at ISU, said in the release. "This addition certainly puts an exclamation mark on the renovation that our local and state lawmakers have so generously given to this centerpiece of our community. I look forward to our enhanced game-day atmosphere while providing our sponsors with more exposure to showcase their services. This is a huge win for the university, athletics and the community."
