InfoComm13: Omnitapps showcasing multitouch digital signage with Philips

Multitouch applications developer Omnivision Studios BV announced today that Philips Signage Solutions/MMD will be showcasing the Philips Giant Tablet, presenting the Omnitapps Business software solutions, at this year's InfoComm 2013 in Orlando, Fla.

The Multi User Smart Touch Table can deliver information or marketing messages to audiences withmultiple touch devices in one. Besides the high/low functionality, a key feature of this model is the tilt function of the touchscreen, in any angle, horizontal as well as vertical, the company said. The BDT5535GS touch table has 32 touch points and provides the opportunity to interact and attract the attention of multiple people at the same time, the announcement said. Together with the Omnitapps Multitouch Suite, the combination offers interactive possibilities for touch presentations, brainstorm sessions and more, the company said.

Omnitapps is a fully customizable multitouch application suite designed by Omnivision Studios BV. The company also will be showcasing its newest application, Omnitapps Interactive Wayfinding Software, that allows end-users to create their own wayfinding solutions and personalize it to their needs with logos, colors, ads, text, button shapes and more. Also on hand will be the Omnitapps Cloud Brochure Selector, an application for creating an on-demand environment for viewing, sending and managing PDF brochures. Users can view, select and send the brochures to an email address or print them directly. The Omnitapps Interactive Whiteboard Software will be shown as well.
