Hughes agrees to buy Helius

Washington Business Journal: Hughes Communications Inc. has agreed to buy Helius Inc. in a deal worth up to $30.5 million. At the closing, expected in the first quarter 2008, Hughes will pay $10.5 million to Helius' shareholders, employees and management, according to the filing.
