Hiperwall to upgrade digital signage software with browser support

Hiperwall has announced its Hiperwall software version 6.0, which will feature the HiperSource Browser technology to display web content on video walls. The update also includes enhanced video wall layouts, MPEG2 video streaming support, LED display support and various licenses, according to a press release.

With HiperSource Browsers, users can push content from multiple computers to one video wall. Hiperwall's software also controls every pixel of any LED video wall to eliminate any cropping issues from resolution mismatches, according to the release. Other features of the update include:

• Artistic display and video wall layouts.
• Customers can combine different sizes and resolution display together.
• With HiperFailSafe software, customers can upgrade a single controller system to a 'fault tolerant system.'
• New customers can buy Hiperwall licenses with various features rather than a one-size fits all option.
