Hall Research releases HDMI 2.0 fiber optic extender

Hall Research recently released its FXT-460 fiber optic extender. This product can extend full bandwidth HDMI 2.0 up to 6.2 miles, according to a press release.

The extender supports video resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hertz with multi channel audio. Other features include:

• Supports HDCP 2.2.
• Comes with bidirectional RS-232 extension and EDID management.
• Audio is available as both analog and Digital SPDIF.
