Guntermann and Drunck to showcase 4K and 8K solutions

Guntermann and Drunck GmbH plan to showcase their 4K and 8K video signal solutions at IBC 2017 from Sept.15-19 in London. The company will display its KVM extender DP1.2 VisionXG, which can transmit 8K at 60 Hertz, according to a press release.

The KVM solution is designed with a computer and user module, and it uses optical fibers to transmit signals. The solution can handle DisplayPort 1.2 video signals, keyboard, mouse, RS232, USB 2.0 and audio.

It will also showcase its DP1.2 Vision extender generation, which extends, switches and distributes 4K signals at 60 Hz, according to the release.
