India's GroupM announced that it has partnered with media solutions company SureWaves to set up a dedicated digital display network for employee engagement as part of the company's core HR strategy.
Covering the 10 GroupM offices across India with 40-plus screens located inside workspaces, the SureWaves communication solution serves as a tool for building the company's dedicated digitized display network, called the "mConnect Channel" for employees of GroupM. The SureWaves Media Grid serves as the backbone powering this network and enabling broadcast and narrowcast capabilities on this dedicated network.
Remotely managed from a central location, this network showcases employee-targeted minisodes and programs, internal case studies, award winning campaigns and newsletters from employees, along with employee engagement content like Slam Book, birthday updates, messages from the GroupM HR desk, GroupM leader profiles and recent news updates
