Group Touchette installs iGotcha Media digital signage

Group Touchette, a Canadian automobile tire provider, has installed iGotcha Media digital signage stands at nine of its Nissan/Infiniti dealerships across Canada. The company's solutions integrate monitors, PCs, custom-made mounts, stands and content management software, according to a press release.

Group Touchette installed three 55-inch LG 55UH5C-B 4K monitors in portrait monitor above three tire holder display cases. The displays showcase welcome messages, information on Nissan/Infiniti's Tire Advantage program and specialized content on various tire manufacturers. Group Touchette is also running a campaign focused on the four seasons and how customers can pick the right tires and perform the right maintenance for each season, according to the release.

"For us, the challenge was to develop a unique point-of-purchase digital display that showcases select products and helps convert passers-by into purchasers. Our research tells us that nearly 75 percent of consumers prefer digital signage to traditional static signage and that 70 percent of purchasing decisions are made at the POP," Greg Adelstein, president, iGotcha Media, said in the release. "For these reasons, we believe that implementing digital signage solutions within Nissan/Infiniti dealerships is a win-win situation."
