Goa Internation Airport, Times OOH announce partnership

Times Innovative Media Limited (also known as Times OOH), an outdoor media firm based in India, has announced its partnership with Manohar International Airport, a new airport under development by Greenfield in North Goa, which includes a 20-year exclusive advertising contract, according to a press release.

The airport is being developed to ease congestion at the current airport at Dabolim, South Goa, aiming to serve an estimated 13 million passengers annually when completed. The first of four phases of development has been completed, and the Manohar International Airport opened on January 5, 2023.

"North Goa has been the favorite haunt of tourists from India and abroad due to its popular beaches and the active nightlife it has to offer," Shekhar Narayanaswami, president at Times OOH, said in the release. "An airport in its proximity would serve as a convenient transit point for most travelers. After scripting a successful running advertisement partnership with the GMR group at the Delhi airport, we are delighted to partner once again with the GMR Group as the exclusive advertisement concessionaire for Mopa, Airport too. Due to its strategic location, direct international flights, and unrestricted fly-time options, we expect Mopa airport to be the preferred transit point for travelers to and from Goa. We have deployed a wide range of world-class media options that would cater to the contemporary and modern media objectives of local and international advertisers."
