Global General Technologies, Interactive Digital Media Group discuss merger

CNNMoney:Global General Technologies Inc. has announced today the signing of a non-binding Letter of Intent with Interactive Digital Media Group, a privately-held digital media provider focused on multichannel and mobile media advertising. Upon the completion of mutual due diligence, the two companies anticipate signing a binding Letter of Intent within the next 10 days and final closing on or before December 31, 2007.
