Global Cash Access signs multi-year contract with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

LAS VEGAS: Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas recently signed a multi-year contract to use the products and services of Global Cash Access Inc., provider of cash-access products and related services to the gaming industry.
GCA offers a number of products and services, including ATM technology, cashless gaming and marketing services that help casino patrons access cash, help casinos better understand their customers and enhance a casino's patron marketing activities.
According to a news release Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will utilize GCA's 3-in-1 Enabled QuickJack Plus, Casino Cash Plus 3-in-1 ATM, QuikCash cash advance kiosks and Central Credit gaming patron credit bureau.
The 3-in-1 Enabled QuickJack Plus is a multi-function patron kiosk that incorporates the 3-in-1-rollover functionality for cash access into self-service kiosks for slot ticket redemption services provided by NRT Technology Corp.
"We have been doing business with the Hard Rock since its grand opening and are pleased to continue our longstanding relationship with this forward-thinking company," said Diran Kludjian, executive vice president of North American and international sales for GCA. "We look forward to installing one of our newest products, QuickJack Plus, which we believe will produce measurable, incremental transactions and higher customer satisfaction for Hard Rock customers based on the results some of our other customers have experienced with this product."
