French technology solution provider Virtual Sensitive has improved the performance and lowered the maintenance costs of its interactive touch roundtable Coconote with eyevis-DLP-projectors, according to an announcement from German visual solutions provider eyevis.
The 30-inch diameter, round display table features a multitouch system with more than 100 touch points for presentations, simulations, product demonstrations or co-working in showrooms and meeting areas or at trade fair booths and info points. The new eyevis projectors are integrated into the table construction and not only increase the resolution of the display area, but the LED illumination also lowers maintenance costs of the tables, according to eyevis.
The launch of the new interactive touch-table is planned for September of this year. Additionally, the Coconote will be presented on a joint eyevis-Virtual Sensitive roadshow in Spain, France and the U.K. in October and November.
The eyevis projectors are OEM versions of the ESP-LHD series with native full-HD resolution, and the LED-illuminated DLP projectors also allow for 24/7 operation of the touch tables without having to exchange LEDs within the lifespan of seven years, according to eyevis.
The Coconote touch table also features six USB 3.0 connection, one HDMI and Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections.
